Last week’s topic of favorite Bill Murray movies got me thinking of Saturday Night Live where he got his start. Over the decades SNL has produced huge stars from their weekly players. Names like John Belushi, Dan Akroyd, Chevy Chase, Eddie Murphy, Phil Hartman, Mike Myers, Jimmy Fallon, Tina Fey, and Amy Poehler among countless others have gone on to have huge careers both on the show and in movies and television.
